Existing Homes: Our Three-Step Process
Step 1: Design. First, we work with you to identify which sets of lights it makes sense to control as part of the system. You can choose just a few, most, or all of your lights—inside and outside. We advise you based upon years of experience and dozens of other client scenarios.
Step 2: Installation. We replace your existing light switches for the selected lights with RadioRA or 
Homeworks Wireless dimmers. These dimmers let you adjust the brightness of each light, but in addition, they communicate with the system to be part of local or whole-house lighting scenes. To provide centralized points of greater control, we also add keypads wherever you’d like them. They come in in-wall, on-wall, tabletop, and portable forms, including a control for each car.
Step 3: Programming. We program each button on each keypad to perform a specific lighting task, based upon your lifestyle, so you can press a single button and create the perfect combination of lighting sources and brightness for any Time of Day (morning, day, sunset, evening, night, bedtime, etc.) or Activity (Dining, TV, reading, cooking, entertaining, goodnight). There is tremendous flexibility and we use our expertise to guide you toward sensible lighting events.
Ahhhh… You’ve Got Control! Sure you can control each set of lights individually from the dimmer, and the keypads now allow a single button press to control lights in a room, visual space (ex. kitchen/family/living/dining), or all over the house. You can also control your lights from the car, over the telephone, and over the internet.

NON-INVASIVE INSTALLATION!
Lutron RadioRA and Homeworks Wireless systems require no tearing up walls or running new wires. The installation process is non-invasive into existing homes of any age. We simply remove old switches and replace them with Lutron system dimmers. You lose nothing and gain a world of control.
Many systems can be installed and ready to use in a day or less. Training takes about 10 minutes.

Prices include system components, design, installation, programming, and training. We even come back during the first month and tweak your lighting scenes as needed. Prices vary depending upon the number of sets of lights to be controlled as well as the number and type of keypads needed for system control.
